Delivering a strong client experience

Working with a multinational corporate risks insurer and as part of the additional value they provide to their clients, they have an online portal that they can access to self-manage their specific risk management needs, use as a communication platform and gain access to a wide variety of online resources; planning, good practice, legal and learning.

Whilst the portal works well, the look, feel and user experience was dated. We therefore worked with them over the preceding two years to redevelop the platform, both from a functionality and user experience perspective. This continues to be a close collaboration where we are an external part of their delivery team, helping with a whole raft of continuing enhancements to the platform.
